This is a hands-on, full-spectrum project management service designed to ensure your interior or joinery project is delivered on time, to spec, and without unnecessary stress.
We handle the coordination, oversight, and admin, so you can focus on the creative or strategic aspects.
What is included?
- Site visits and progress checks: Regular inspections to ensure timelines are met and quality is upheld.
- Supplier coordination: We source and manage quotes, track lead times, and handle communication with manufacturers.
- Team management: Clear alignment between designers, installers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Weekly reporting: You’ll receive structured updates outlining progress, next steps, and any risks or delays.
- Problem-solving: We step in to resolve issues on-site or in production before they impact delivery.

Terms and Conditions:
All services are quoted and billed based on time worked. Estimated hours are provided as guidelines only and may vary based on project complexity and client changes. Final output depends on the quality and completeness of the brief received. We reserve the right to revise pricing for projects with urgent deadlines, incomplete briefs, or significant revisions after design commencement.
Our project management role is non-contractual. We do not assume legal liability for third-party contractors, workmanship quality, or delivery delays caused by external suppliers. We act as your project liaison, not your contractor.
All design documents remain the property of the client until full payment is received. Resale or third-party distribution of drawings without permission is not permitted.
